We know getting on the mountain can be expensive. Thanks to our partnership with Palisades Tahoe, we make it cheaper for you with discounted lift tickets. We also offer student discounts and a loyalty program to help keep more money in your pocket!
When planning Day Trip Tahoe, we considered the other options available so that we could provide the best value. We believe in transparency, so we'll let the numbers speak for themselves:

i. Median mpg for cars: 23 mpg (Need 400 / 23 gallons = 17.39 gallons)

i. $7 eastbound - Prepaid parking spot: $40 in advance or $50 day of

- Less than 50lbs = $30 for "up to two pairs of skis or two snowboards in one bag, in addition to a boot bag"
i. Sum: Both ways = $60 - EXTRA: Baggage fees stack (ie. They will charge you for each qualification)
i. Over 50lbs = $100 - $200
ii. Over 160cm in linear cm = $200 - $400
iii. Sum: Absurd (Will not be in calculation)
Total: $300 + $60 + $140 = $500 for transport (and $60+ in baggage fees)
As you can see, it is incredibly expensive to get there and back. We've set our prices lower than our competitors to help you save money. While it is cheaper to drive, it is much less convenient. We handle everything so that you can just sit back and relax. Learn what we handle below:

Why Us?
We have experience with the trip from Berkeley to Palisades Tahoe with a trained driver who is comfortable driving on both the I-80 and CA-89. We deal with all aspects of getting you there and back safely from toll roads to changing weather conditions.
More of a list person? Me too. Here's what we handle:
- Round-Trip Drive totaling about 7-8 hours
- Toll fees on the I-80
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off right in front of the lodge (save your legs for shredding)
- Parking: No need to worry about parking!
- Gear Transportation: We load and unload your gear for you! Bring it the morning of the trip or fill out the link to have us pick it up in advance for you.
- Road/Weather Conditions: We monitor the road and weather conditions closely.
- Refunds: If we deem it unsafe to go up, we will cancel the trip and fully refund you.
- Planning: We coordinate everything so you don't have to!
